Paul's Missionary Journeys marked the rapid spread of the gospel beyond Israel and throughout the Roman Empire. After his dramatic conversion on the road to Damascus (Acts 9, KJV), the Apostle Paul undertook three major missionary journeys and a final journey to Rome as a prisoner. Traveling with companions such as Barnabas, Silas, Luke, and Timothy, Paul preached the gospel, planted churches, strengthened believers, and wrote many of the New Testament letters. His travels took him through regions including Cyprus, Asia Minor (modern-day Turkey), Macedonia, Greece, and eventually Rome (Acts 13–28). Paul's missionary work fulfilled Jesus' command to take the gospel to the nations and established Christian communities across the Mediterranean world, making his journeys one of the most significant periods in the New Testament timeline.
